What part is this so I can order

I'm afraid I can't see your operator's arm in these pictures. We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly.

As for the hinge, take a look at our 36-048 and 36-049 and see if our dimensions match up to yours. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
