What part (or parts) for replacment of broken window balances

A home owner from American Fork, Utah says:
Attached are four pictures of my window balances in their broken state. I cannot find them locally and hope you can help me.

The window section weight is ~12LBs
The window section height is 30"
The coil is 0.5" wide
The channel opening is 1.00" wide
The bottom plastic piece is 1.25" wide
The stamp in the one piece of the coil appears to me to be a '6'

Hello, Jim. I think we can help. The manufacturer actually discontinued your balance system, but they now recommend our Series 150 coil spring to work in its place. Specifically, I recommend our S150-6. You will also need the new 15-140 shoe with the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 barrel. Look over this hardware and let me know what you think.
A home owner from American Fork, Utah says:
Thanks,

I have ordered two sets and look forward to the window working properly again.
