Hello! It looks like the worm gear came out with the handle. That part can't be repaired or replaced so you'll need a new operator. It's hard to say what you have while your operator is still in the window but you can start by taking a look at our 39-256B and 39-257B . Remove your hardware from the window and compare the dimensions to see if these parts match up to yours. |
