Hi there. One of my windows is not working and it is in photos 2,3,4and 5. Other normal windows are shown in photo 1.
I think I need "tandem coil housing " for both sides , my questions:
1. Do your "tandem coil housings " with product code 15-086 fit this window? Or what of your parts that fits this window?
2. What else parts do I need to fix this problem?

Those photos are the coil spring balances on both sides of one of my windows. It looks like your "8 lbs series 161 roller-tilt". Do you have the same product for both right and left sides? Or you have specific right side and left side ones? At your website, it seems you only have the left side one.

Hello,
You'll need to removed your original coil balance hardware and see how it compares to our 15-087 housing and Series 180 coil springs. You'll need to remove your assembly to confirm that the dimensions match up and locate the strength stamp on your original coils.
If everything matches up, we recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window at the same time. Thanks for posting!
