What pivot shoe do I need?

My window has a spiral window ballast 21 inches and the round is 3/8 tip of the ballast is red, don't know what kind of pivot shoe needs please recommend. Thank you

Thanks for posting. There's a number of different spiral balances that could work with this window. Please remove your old one and measure its width and thickness; those are the most important dimensions. From there compare to our selection here.
