What pivot shoe do I use?

We have 04 Care Free Windows that won't stay up. I want to replace all 8 spring balance rods (S900-29), I have 26-424 Pivot Shoes. We need to know what Pivot Shoe to use. I have attached a PDF with the measurements.

Thanks for posting. I believe this pivot shoe has been discontinued, however our 15-134 may work as a substitute. What do you think? You would also need a new pivot bar to work with it, so see our 26-297.
