Hopefully this is a good hint to match parts, the AAMA sticker is all I have for this old door, it says:
MFR:
SIL-4
A-L-I VALIDATOR
SERIES: 5500/5700 PATIO DOOR
TYPE: SLIDING GLASS DOOR
Sticker has 2002 on the far right margin, if thats any help.
Door doesnt slide easily, I think the roller is missing entirely. Door can be budged with a little skill and some extra oomph, track looks intact. This is a vinyl door, double pane glass, of course. Is roller installation easy to moderately easy for a handy person? Thanks. I've only assumed that a roller part is the solution, I'm not actually sure.
Thanks, as a realtor, this is a great resource. Glad I found your website.
What roller do I need for this sliding door?

Thanks for posting. I am glad you have gotten a lot of our website! I'm afraid it's virtually impossible to identify what rollers your door might need without seeing the original roller assembly removed from the patio door. Could you see if they are still in the door? If so, could you provide a picture of the entire assembly? The thickness and height out of the outer housing, and finally the diameter of the wheel(s), would be most helpful in identifying what you need. Thanks.
To see how to remove and replace the rollers, check out the video below.
