What router bit to use to install 58-183?

Hello,
Would it be advisable to install this on a DH DP wood window, if so any idea of what router bit would be appropriate?

The tee slot is 3/16", but that might be difficult to cut in your wood sash. Look at our 58-053 bubble seal instead. This would use a 1/8" straight slot. This weather stripping is very popular in the wood window manufacturing.
