What seal for this threshold?

Hello, I had a new garage door (door going from inside home into garage) installed recently. When the wife and I removed it to have it painted, we noticed the metal bracket at the bottom did not have a seal (see pic). Wanted to see if ya'll could help us figure out what seal to use here. Thanks!
