What seal is used on my SGD R20 Series Slider?

I have a SGD R20seris 500 144x96 slider can you tell me what rubber seal is used in between the two doors when closed from yop to bottom thank you Dwight

Hello, Dwight. I'm afraid that I have no record of what seal was used on your door. We may still be able to help, but I'll need a photo reference to proceed. I'd like you to remove a small sample and show me a clear picture of the end profile. The video below will explain more as to what I mean.

I do know it is a rounded rubber seal but getting it out to look without taking the solid side out is difficult

It can definitely be difficult, yes, especially depending on how the door is made. Unfortunately there is no other way to determine a match. This is the only reliable method.
