Hello,

Your balances appear to match our S385 channel balance. You'll need to choose the correct length for each balance and choose the option that matches the stamp on your balance. I would also recommend making sure that the bottom attachment matches the 1-3/32" depth that the S385 has. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. If I buy the balances, could I install directly? I recall that they did some adjustments or some minor thing on those balances immediately after I paid when I bought in local store. Just make sure. Thanks

These balances are ready to install once you receive them. As you may have noticed, we don't carry 11" balances on our website, which I noticed that you have. We can make them for you, but we'll need to send you a custom order link and then you can add the longer balances to your cart before checking out. Could you tell us how many of the 11" balances that you need? Thank you!

Could you tell me where I could find out if the bottom attachment matches the 1-3/32" depth? Do you need more picture? thank you

You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

See the enclosed pictures. I felt it might be different from your S385 or S380. Could you confirm? Thanks

Like Casey explained, we can't confirm without knowing the depth of the shoe. The difference is too subtle to eyeball in a photo. That said, I'm sorta leaning towards our Series 380. I just cant' say for sure. Your only option is to measure your shoe as carefully as you can and use your best judgement.

I felt it is neither 385 nor 380. If I buy, will I be able to return? I worry about this since the picture Casey show is totally different shape from I sent to you. How do you think?

Can you explain specifically how they differ? Is it a matter of dimensions? The style is close enough that I don't think that will be a big deal, but if the dimensions are different then that will be a big deal. Specifically the depth. If you think the dimensions are different then we will need to know precisely how.

Keep in mind that the two photos in your most recent post are of the top nylon fitting, not the bottom nylon fitting we are referring to.
