What should I purchase and also how to remove the vertical window?

Hi:
I have a superior window brand vertical sliding window from 2011, recently I have hard time closing it, and today the coil balancer felled out of the window, I noticed lower spring is broken, I did notice the top spring has dots stating "6" and lower spring has dots stating "5"
my question is, what should I get for replacements? Also do u have any idea how to remove that window? How is stuck after the right side coil balancer felled out.
Thanks
John

I think the last picture is 3 instead of 6, I finally took the window out and measured, 15.4 lbs for that window.

Hey John. Looks like 15-102 Coil Carrier, which uses Series 145 Coil Balance springs. If the window weighs 15.4 pounds, you could use the S145-4 4 pound springs, a pair for both sides. That will give you 8 pounds of support on either side, for a total of 16 pounds of support--being within 1 pound of the exact sash weight works fine. The video below shows how to install a similar system. Let us know if you have more questions.
