What size Screws for 38-099

What size screws are used with this part to attach the two pieces together. I purchased this part and need to know what screws to use.

The sliding locking mechanism comes with installation screws to mount it to the side of the window frame. The lock body would take a screw like the 33-096, which is a #8-32 self threading machine screw. 

Take note that the screw length would be determined by the thickness of your frame where you are going to mount it. For that reason we always recommend using your existing screws. If not, we do carry the 33-096 self threading #8-32 machine screw with a length of 3/8". If that's the wrong length, a local hardware store can also accommodate you.
