It's hard to say from these photos but the tilt latch reminds me of our 26-393B. Take a look at the dimensions and see how they compare with yours. Let us know if and how they differ and we can go from there.

I can't identify the balance, however. Would it be possible to see a photo of the pivot shoe or attachment? And can you tell me if the hook in your first photo is on the top or the bottom of the balance?
