What sized foam spline should I use?

what size spline should be used in a wooden screen door with a 1/4" groove and aluminum screen

Thanks for posting! The rule of thumb for foam spline is that the spline should match the groove. If you are sure that the groove is 1/4", then I would recommend our 59-250 spline.

If it's ever a little tight, you can always pull and stretch it a little when you roll it.
