What tilt latches do I have?

A contractor from Bristol, CT says:

I need these tilt latches, they did not match upo any on your site, the holes are off center, there is LH and RH

Thanks for posting! Are these latches damaged? It looks like maybe the tips have been broken off. If so, could I see an example of one that is not damaged at all? Also, is there all there is to the latch? Does it install on the inside of the sash, or does it have an outer housing?

yes the tips are broken,

I have attached a picture of the complete latch assembly

It is inside the corner of the vynal frame
