What type of channel balance do I need to order?

A landlord from Bend Oregon says:
1/2 inch wide. 27 inches long, (not including the plastic ends).

Milgard window decal inside the frame, but no markings on the balance.

I also need to order some of those metal springs that go into the side of the frame.

Thanks!

Thanks for posting. Based on the length of the metal channel and the characteristic nylon attachments this looks like either our S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

If there is no stamped number on the balance, you will need to weigh your window sash. You can use that precise weight to select the corresponding stamp option listed on the product page.
