What weight balance do I need?

I have a dilemma. The original balancers I took out have a 2850 embossed number on them. However, the single hung sash weighs 39.25 pounds. What sould I order for weight carrying capacity? The 2850 are the OEM's balancers.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your sash weight may still be within our weight chart but it depends on the type of balance you have. Can you remove it and show us some photos? We'd like to see the top and bottom fittings specifically.
