Thanks for posting! I recognize this balance. We should be able to custom make it for you. It will be a 21" long channel balance with a 15-041 bottom attachment, a 19-015 top attachment, and a 2030 stamp option. I'll go ahead and email you a custom order link and price quote for your review.
