What window operator do I have?

Hi, I have to replace this mechanism which I believe is the #39-032 and just want to be sure the cover and handle I have will still work.

Also, do you know why that wood is pulling away just to the right of the handle?

Hey, Terry. I agree, I think our 39-031 & 39-032 look like good matches. Just make sure that the dimensions are the same. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to re-use your handle and cover. Are they damaged?

As for the wood pulling away, are you referring to that peeling next to the operator base in the second picture? It looks like maybe the trim is cracked. You might want to see a carpenter, they may be able to make up something for you.
