27 inch length not including top and bottom parts
1/2 inch wide rail
I think it is the series 385, but not sure.

Hi Matt. I agree, this looks like an S385-27 or perhaps an S380-27. These two balances are identical except for the 'depth', or heel-to-toe measurement, of the bottom nylon shoe. For the Series 385, this depth measurement is 1-3/32", while for the Series 380 it is 1". Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2640.
