What is the exact name of this and what brand and where do I buy them?

This is a tandem glass door roller that appears to match our 81-018. It's a generic part used by innumerable brands; there is no one company that only uses this part.

You can purchase our 81-018 directly from our site, but I highly recommend reviewing our dimensions first. You'll note that our roller lacks that metal bracket mounted on the top of the housing. Those aren't made anymore, unfortunately. You'll have to reuse the original.
