I am looking to replace wheel assembly part 31761A with a heavier gauge Stainless steel, 12 ga or 1/8". The current part breaks on a regular basis due to the 400lb door and public use.
Also, don't need the height adjustment would prefer a fixed stronger point of articulation.
Need 200 minimum to replace all the doors wheels. And some spares.

Thanks for posting! I plugged in the number (31761A) you mentioned and saw that its associated with a few different rollers in our database so we'll need to narrow it down. Could you please upload a photo of your roller out of the door? 400 pounds is an extremely heavy door so we can't guarantee we can get a roller that can carry that sort of weight.
I think our Reverse Mount Roller Assembly 81-141 will work well for what you need. Carefully review it's dimensions to see if they match up with your current hardware and let us know if you have any further questions.
