These are my wheels removed from my sliding glass door. I need 2. I have nothing that identifies the manufacturer. Can you help?

Yes we can help. Take a look at our 81-018 tandem roller assembly. This should be able to work just fine on your patio doors. The plastic filler you show in your photo has been discontinued, but, could reue it with the new assembly.
