Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the original roller removed from the door, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Hi,

unfortunately there is no wheels left it rotted out I guess sometime in the past. We flip houses so this is a common problem. How else can we figure this out.

Unfortunately, we have no way of determining the correct roller for your door without being able to see the original. I can tell you that we carry two Hi-Lite brand rollers, the 81-258 and 81-258S, but we can't be sure if your door was meant to use either of these parts or if they might have used a non-brand specific type of roller. I'm sorry that we can't offer more assistance at this time.
