Thanks for posting! To determine the exact replacement you'll need for your patio door, we'll need to see a photo of the rollers removed from the door.

I'll need to see photos of the housing of the roller from the side, back, and top. You'll also need to have them removed to compare the measurements to confirm that the rollers will be a fit.

We did sell this roller at one time, but it was discontinued many years ago and, to our knowledge, there is no alternative that we could source.

If the only issue you are having is with the bearings, perhaps you can just replace those and the wheels and continue to reuse the housing. Take a look at our 81-266 and 81-272 wheel and axle kits to see if one of these may work for you.
