Looks like your Product Code 81-228 will work.
First I must remove the wheel adjust bracket to get at the wheel and its axle.

Please provide details of your item PC 81-228.
1. Bearing center hole diameter.
2.Bearing hub width.

The bearing center hole diameter is 1/4" and the bearing hub width is 3/8".
