What brand I can't find any numbers or name. I need replacement crank unit the handles are fine. Thanks Ed
When I try to close the window the crank assembly backs out

When that worm gear comes out, you'll need an all new operator. This cannot be repaired or replaced. We can help identify what you have, but I'll need to see a photo of it removed from your window. That will help us find the best match.
