Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement match for the pull handle you have but we do have a few that have a 3" installation hole spacing. Take a look at the 22-009, 22-013, 22-111, and 22-114 to see if one of these might interest you.

If you are looking for a direct replacement, you'll need to try to attempt contacting the manufacturer, or a local supplier that may have their hardware, to see if they can point you in the right direction.
