MI WIndows was manufacturer of these windows. I need both coil balancers - each broke.

Hey there. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-186 Balance Clip and 15-182 Bushing. This works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have questions.
