Thanks for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to see if we can help with this. However, I'm afraid we can't assist from these photos. Can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profiles? Your seals look pretty deteriorated so I know that may not be possible. The more damaged it is, the less likely we are to identify the seal, unfortunately.

These are the best photos I could get of an end profile. One of them seems to just be round foam stock and I'm not sure how it's attached to the window. Maybe it was just glued on in the first place the second one is the weatherstripping that gets pressed into a channel on the window?

Thank you for the additional photos! The kerf seal reminds me of the 58-053 and 58-114. However, they aren't foam-filled like yours. Take a look at the specifications and see if you think one of them could work for you.
