Which Andersen balances do I order?

Hi there,,I'm lookiing to replace these Anderson window sash balances and I'm not sure which ones to order. J23 5#27 10-85. Then bl6 10#31 10-84. Thank you for your help.

Hello! I recommend our 24-531 Andersen sash balance for the original that was stamped "5#27." For the one stamped "10#31," I recommend the 24-1033 instead. I'm very confident these are what you want, but let me know if you had any questions.
