Which Balance Spring Replacement?

Hello window experts,

I have 4 balance spring tubes that need replacement but I can't seem to find the part on your website. Please see attached photos. Here are the dimensions:

Length: 25 in.
Diameter: 5/8 in.
Tip color: blue
Window sash weight: ~20 lbs

Please advise. The current ones are so gummed up they don't slide very easily. Perhaps they can be cleaned? I'm guessing it's easier to just buy new.

Hello, Marcus. Given the specifications in your post, I recommend our S600-25 spiral balance. I feel pretty confident that you can use this part to repair your window.
