Which Balance do I need to order

I have a PGT vinyl window that needs a new coil balance.  It looks like it is two balances stacked together with a marking of .12 on it. I've attached a picture. The window is PGT part number SH5500 and is a hurricane rated window.

Thanks for writing in! Your coil balance assembly resembles the Series 210 Roller-Tilt constant force balances. Since yours are stamped with a 12 on both housings, you'll need the S210-24. These are made for windows weighing 45 to 48.99lbs. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing coils to confirm that this is the replacement you'll need.
