Looks like your worm gear is stripped out, which means you'll need an all new operator. We can definitely help, but before I recommend anything I'll need to see a picture of the complete operator out of the window. That will allow us to match it up to something in our catalog. |

Hello, Kay. That number is associated with a few different operators, but they're all generally the same style. See our 39-083 and 39-140 for two examples. Assuming this is the same style you have, all you'd have to do now is match up what size you need. Let me know if neither matches what you have. There are others. |

Thank you, and you as well! |

Thanks! If your old operator is 21-1/2" then I think our 39-083 is your best bet. These are relatively easy to replace in my experience, but I also work with these every day so sometimes it's hard for me to gauge that kind of thing. You basically just unhook the arms from the sash and then unscrew the base of the operator from the sill. It should just pull right out after that. |

Hello, Kay. Shipping is not free, unfortunately. All delivery costs are calculated for you automatically during the checkout process, but before the order is finalized in case you need to make any changes. |

We actually do not sell screens, unfortunately. I would recommend contacting a local hardware store for that. |

We may have this, but I can't tell what you have from these photo. I will need you to remove a sample and show the end profile. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean. |
