Could you show us your top nylon fitting? I can only see the bottom fitting in your pictures. Take a look at the video below, it will go over exactly what we need to see.

It looks like you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2140.
