Which Spiral Balance Charging Tool Should I Buy

1)I was wondering if the two spiral charging tools can be used for all types of windows and spiral counterbalances?

2)What is the difference between the 75-006 and 75-033 spiral balance charging tool?

The 75-006 and 75-033 both do the same job, but the 75-033's design is a little more complex. Some customers find it easier to work with, but it's ultimately up to you. They otherwise both do the same thing.
