Please advise your appropriate replacements for:
1. Track which measures 1 5/8 interior and 2 9/16 in just like dimensions of 1 of your mirror tracks, which I forgot number but think it ends in "58".
2. Rollers which say Acme 4011 and appear to ride on the groove but are worn down after 40 years to have a ridge and shoulders fitting the groove.
Current track wobbles which may be why door slides off track often. Q 2: How to secure track firmly into concrete floor?
Q 3: Do the replacements come with instructions?

Thanks for posting! I believe you're searching for the 23-241 60" Sliding Mirror Door Bottom Track. This is the track style most compatible with the roller you have. It is the 23-041 Mirror Wardrobe Door Roller Assembly.

The track may be warped due to wear and tear. However, if you do not see a noticeable damage, you may need to adjust the roller to prevent it from jumping off the track.
