Hello, I ordered a pair of 18-009 - 5/8" Top Sash Guides but they are not wide enough. Can you help identify which model these are?

I'm sorry the 18-009 didn't pan out for you. To help with our search, can you remove this top sash guide from the window sash and show us a side profile photo? Can you write out the dimensions as well?
