Which balance do I pick for a Jordan window?

Which item # do I need for replacement side balances on a Jordan 2820 window? S390-29? Also if ordered does it come with both sides or just the spring load side?

The metal balance frame is 29". The bottom shoe is 1 1/16" wide. Model window is for a Jordan

Thanks for getting back to me with those pictures. I recommend confirming the width of that bottom shoe. The Series 390 comes with the 15-001 shoe, which is 1-1/8" wide. Take a look at the picture below for more detail.
