Which balancer

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring. Our service requires clear and unobstructed photos of the hardware in question at minimum.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

You should also note that the original manufacturer discontinued your exact assembly and no longer makes it. The good news is that they have a modern equivalent that is meant to work in all the same applications. The design is a little different, though, and as a result so is the spring calibration. I will need you to tell me the exact weight of your sash, down to the ounce, so that we can verify the proper calibration on the new style. 

Lastly, please verify the length of the metal channel. Based on your stamp it should be 10-5/8". Do not include the plastic fittings in this measurement.
