Which channel balance is this?

Hi I attached pictures of my channel balance. Can someone help identify the correct product I need, specially the stamp option. The length is 26" and width seems 1/2". The string on the back is broken and I need a new channel balance.

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have our S385-26 channel balance. However, we don't have any options available for this Series that match your stamp. Could you tell me your sash weight? This will help us find something that will work for you.

The string got cut on left hand glide of the window.

Hello again! It's been a long time. I'm not sure what you're trying to say, I'm afraid. Looking back on my last post, we had asked for your sash weight. Is that something you can get to us? Were you also able to confirm that the S385-26 matches?
