Purchased new windows but all the big windows will not stay up I think they put the wrong channel balance on the windows and they can't hold the weight. I attach a picture of the only marking on the balance. I would like to order a balance that can hold more weight.

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring (which wasn't right to begin with).
In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings. The video below will go into more detail.
Since the strength of these balances were wrong, that also means we need to figure out what would work better. With that in mind I need you to give me the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce. You don't want to guess or estimate for this since it was already wrong once. It's important to be as precise as you can.
