Which direction is the off set on 39-032?

I need a replacement for an Truth EntryGuard. The other demensions are the same 10-3/4" on are and 4-7/16" on the arm. The offset on the arm with part #20810 is down on mine, I can not tell which direction the arm on 39-032 is.

The 39-032 link arm is offset down. This helps to keep the link arm attached to the sash bracket even if the detach clip comes off, for whatever reason.
