Which lock insert/ cylinder do indeed?

82-086 Legacy Keyed handle set 3-15/16" (1-1/8"to 2-1/2") white
I need the inside lock/cylinder. Which one do I need for this handle?

As for the keeper, you could have anything there. The 82-226 is compatible with many different kinds. Do you have the original on hand for us to see?
