Which mortise lock do I need?

Can you tell me which mortise lock I need? The original unit has been removed so I don?t have an original to match. The opening is nearly 4.5inches and the width is nearly 3/4 of an inch with the depth of 1.5 inches.

It's tough to say without seeing the original, but take a look at the 82-226 mortise latch. See if this matches your dimensions and mounting hole locations.
