Which channel balance?

I know it is a 1/2 spring replacement rod for a non tilt window. Which one? The stamp is 34-3. I have ordered other ones by their stamp. Your site does not have it by stamp.

Stamp numbers indicate the strength of the spring but, unfortunately, not the style of the balance that you need. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 3430 spring strength option for your replacement balances based on the stamp number.
