Which part will replace my 32 6 GV spring?

Thanks for posting. Looks like you need to replace a channel balance. We can help you do this, but we need a picture of the nylon fitting on the bottom of the balance. If you could also tell us the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, that would be of great help as well. Many thanks. 

Thank you for the photo. For the metal length measurement, we need you to be as precise as possible. Guessing could only risk ordering the incorrect part. When measuring the length of the channel, you want to measure the metal part only, as Bob had mentioned, excluding the nylon fittings on both ends. Once you have done that, please get back to us with your answer. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we can't make any definitive recommendations without seeing the part completely removed from the window. We can not get a good look of the bottom balance shoe while it is installed in the window. 

With you also mentioning a 30" balance that is not photoed here, we need to have a look at the stamped number marked on that balance. 

The nylon fittings on both ends of the balance determine which of our Series balance to recommend. The stamping on the balance tells us which stamp option to recommend. So it is imperative we see additional images showing the nylon fitting and stamping. I am also going to include a video and a detailed guide below that shows how a non-tilt balance is replaced. Perhaps it may offer some help to you when removing them from your window. 

Hi there! Manuela is out today but I think I can help with this one. Based on your combination of nylon fittings, I believe that you have either our S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll need to measure that and refer to our dimensions to select the best product.
