Which part to order to replace these patches n lever

Question

Some of the latches n the slider to unlock the window is broken . I am confused what to order n how to replace both . I see A video of replacing the latch but not the lever from you

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help but we'll need to see the internal latch removed from the window. You'll have to remove the entire top cap of the sash in order to remove it. Let us know!
