can I get your help so I can order the correct window hinge. I measured the long arm and it is (11 and 5/8) from end to end. You can respond via email I've attached some photos below.

Take a look at our 39-396 an 39-397 12-1/8" Hinge Arm Assemblies; these are the closest matches we could find. Look them over and see if you think you could use these as substitutes.
